ServicesAssistantWise provides automation software including messaging, scheduling, billing assistance, expense organization, and AI-powered communication tools for businesses.AssistantWise does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice.2. PaymentsServices are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.3. No GuaranteesWe do not guarantee revenue, customer acquisition, or business outcomes.4. User ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including obtaining any required customer consent for communications. When using AssistantWise messaging features, you represent that all end-user communications are initiated only after proper consent has been obtained in accordance with applicable regulations.5. Third-Party ServicesAssistantWise integrates with third-party providers including Twilio, Stripe, and AI services. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.6. TerminationYou may cancel at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or violations.7. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, NUVEME LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.9. Communications Consent (SMS & Messaging)By using AssistantWise, you acknowledge that the Service may send system-generated SMS, MMS, voice, or electronic messages related to account setup, service requests, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, billing notifications, and customer support.Message frequency varies depending on user activity. Message and data rates may apply.End users provide explicit consent to receive these communications via a web-based onboarding or intake form that includes clear disclosure and an affirmative opt-in checkbox. Consent is required prior to any messaging.End users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
